We accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS and all major credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX).

Credit cardholders may be subject to authorisation/validation checks by their card issuer during the transaction. These checks are performed electronically, but in certain circumstances, additional information may be required to proceed. If your card issuer refuses to or does not authorise payment to us for any reason, we may put your transaction on hold until the problem is resolved.

Order confirmation

Shortly after placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to item unavailability or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded accordingly.

Order cancellation / changes

To change or cancel your order after placing it, please get in touch with us immediately at admin@victionary.com. We will accommodate your request if your order has yet to be processed/despatched.
