Credit cardholders may be subject to authorisation/validation checks by their card issuer during the transaction. These checks are performed electronically, but in certain circumstances, additional information may be required to proceed. If your card issuer refuses to or does not authorise payment to us for any reason, we may put your transaction on hold until the problem is resolved.

Order cancellation / changes
To change or cancel your order after placing it, please get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com. We will accommodate your request if your order has yet to be processed/despatched.
