Free shipping is available for all orders within Hong Kong.
For international orders, delivery charges vary by destination*. Free shipping is available for purchases over USD150 except to certain countries** due to high shipping costs. Please contact us at email@example.com for more details.

Most parts of Europe, Asia, and the USA: 4-7 business days*
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days*
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and despatched from our Hong Kong office within the next two business days by S.F. Express (our local courier service provider) or FedEx (our international courier service provider).
* Depending on your destination, deliveries may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, and additional costs such as import duties or taxes may be incurred. The delivery timeframes stated were provided by the respective courier service providers and are not necessarily guaranteed. Should your order not arrive within the suggested timeframe, kindly contact us for assistance.
** These locations include but are not limited to Iran, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, Iceland, and South Africa. For Canada and Mexico, free shipping is available for purchases over USD200.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
